If you are only browsing this website, Housing Society does not capture data that allows us to identify you individually. Our service provider however makes a record of your visit that shows only the Domain Name Server address part of your email address and of the pages visited. This information is used by us only for preparing general statistics on the usage of our website.

The personal data provided in the online appointment are for the purpose of
- making application/appointment for showflat visits
- conducting customer, product and service surveys; and
- meeting any disclosure requirements under any applicable laws or regulations
Personal data we have collected will be maintained in our database with security and precaution will be taken to safeguard your personal data against theft, misuse or leakage. Only authorized staff of Housing Society will be permitted to access such personal data.
All practical steps will be taken to ensure that personal data will not be kept longer than necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose for which the data is or is to be used and that Housing Society will comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong concerning the retention of personally-identifiable information.
We will only disclose and share your personal data internally and in occasion where such disclosure is required or permitted by law. Housing Society will not share any personally-identifiable information with third parties outside Housing Society without your prior consent except for third party service providers who provide administrative, telecommunication, computer, payment or other services to Housing Society.
The information provided may also be used by Housing Society for conducting statistical surveys and researches. The applicant of the show-flat visit shall also agree that Housing Society may pass the online appointment form of show-flat visit and all the supporting document (s) submitted to Housing Society's data processing service contractor for data processing in connection with his/ her application, and that the information provided will be passed to Housing Society Dedicated Rehousing Estates Subsidised Sale Flats Projects hotline for answering his/ her enquiries.
Our third party service providers are under a duty of confidentiality and are only allowed to process personal data on behalf of Housing Society in connection with the purposes specified, and not for any of their own purposes.
For the purposes stated above, Housing Society may disclose the personal data provided by the applicant in the application form to the Housing Authority, Development Bureau or Housing Bureau.
The personal data provided in the online appointment are for the purpose of making application/appointment for show-flat visits. Housing Society will only retain the personal data collected for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of personal data collection specified above. Housing Society will periodically redact, purge, anonymise or destroy unnecessary personal data in Housing Society’s system in accordance with Housing Society’s internal procedures. Also, specific persons authorized by Housing Society for handling of personal data must comply with Housing Society’s instruction as directed and under a duty of confidentiality to Housing Society.
Pursuant to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), the applicant and his/ her family member (s) listed in the online application are entitled to request access to or correction of the personal data stated in the application form. Where necessary, such requests should be made in writing and directed by post to General Manager (Property Management) of Housing Society Applications Section (Address: G/F, Dragon Centre, 23 Wun Sha Street, Tai Hang, Hong Kong). A fee may be charged for the request for access to the personal data.
